SYNOPSIS
The Odyssey is an anti-road movie shot from a bed-level perspective in a room next to a busy street. The observation of the microcosm of everyday existence is accompanied by a soundscape composed of acoustic smog. As night falls, urban light pollution begins to seep into the room.

Daniel Jaśniewski is an experimental sound artist and filmmaker seeking a personal audiovisual language. He is a graduate of the Academy of Film, Art and Design in Łódź, where he studied film and television production. He also holds a degree in History of Art from the University of Warsaw, where his interests focused on avant-garde cinema and its impact on post-war Polish experimental film.
